50 gigs of bandwith 200 gigs of space and cgi php ssl frontpage etc... if i would ask $50.00 would that be too much and maybe if they go over the 50 gigs charge only 25 cents per over usage?
I would only want to do this for 2 people though any tips on how I should go with this?

You would be getting Cogent bandwidth through rackshack though, I am fairly sure.

I'm not saying Cogent is bad, I used it with servers as well.

Cogent isn't a bad word. Numerous hosting companies have cogent in the mix also. Its not "cheap", its inexpensive.
