I cant see the point in running an Intel at 30% + more money.

The only Intel Ive ever had was in a Compaq Laptop and it fried in less than a year.

Just finished putting together my Intel System a month ago. I've never seen an AMD that didn't have problems after the 1st few months.

I got the Pentium 4 Extreme Edition 3.78 overclocked to 4.2.

It's fast.

This is what I put together:
--------------------------------
P4 3.78 EE
Thermaltake Big Water Cooling System
Thermaltake Gandalf Case
eVGA 7800 GTX KO 256MB
2 Gig 1000mhz Corsair RAM
ASUS P5N32-SLI Deluxe
2 x 74 gig WD Raptors 10K RPM in raid
WD 400 gig SE16
Plextor 740A DVD Burner
HP 740i DVD with LightScribe
Creative XFi Platinum
Logitech Z-5500 5.1 Speakers
Logitech G7 Wireless Mouse
Logitech G15 Keyboard

2nd: 7800GTX for SLI on the way

AMD all the way. Even run 4-way dual core server's with them. They are the best in server and workstation. And anyone that thinks Intel is faster should actually understand how processor's work first.
