Gas/Electric is crazy here especially for commerical property...
I went the other week to LIPA/KEYSPAN to start a account for the office .
So after filling out all that shit , the exact "deposit they needed was 1145 bucks. I told the bitch I have residential acct annd its solid with on time payments. She said it doesnt matter anymore...... They based the rates on the previous tenants and avg usage.... Cocksucking douchbags |

Oh and optonline got me for a 199 install charge for business cable internet....the prick didnt do a damn thing when he came all the shit was prewired.... money down the shitter.
