I went the other week to LIPA/KEYSPAN to start a account for the office .

So after filling out all that shit , the exact "deposit they needed was 1145 bucks. I told the bitch I have residential acct annd its solid with on time payments. She said it doesnt matter anymore......

They based the rates on the previous tenants and avg usage....
