Need Help: Trying to get my Xbox online
![]() Hooked up my router to my xbox, but its telling me that it cant find my DNS server. It says to make sure your detection is on auto, and it is set to auto but it still will not connect. ![]() |

i dont have xbox but that happens to my laptop alot.
unplug your cable modem (or whatever you have) and then your router. wait 1 min, plug your cable modem back in and wait a min...then plug in your router and wait 1 min. should work then. sounds like your router just needs to be reset. |
