More facts are that he shoots good content and people will probably still go about their normal business dealings with him. Nothing will probably change because of my thread. Thats why Im using common sense and not going around saying dont use joe he sucks he fucked me because that's stupid. that doesnt change the fact that im left here alone and i was screwed. And its my word against his that I recieved the one package with only 3 tapes. Although I do have proof he said he mailed two packages and fedex specifically said only one package was mailed.

Because I keep saying to him I only got 3 scenes and he keeps saying no I sent the 7 masters. But thats not true because I didnt recieve 7. But he doesnt want to believe me on that. Its also weird because he said two packages with 3 scenes and 4 scenes were sent. I got one package with 3 scenes. Fedex said only one package was shipped. Maybe he meant 2 packages within that one big package I dont know but all I know is I didnt get it and he's not doing anything for me but offering me $3000 worth of non exclusive content.

Yup he didnt do that but I was there when the guy came to the door because at the time I was anxious to get all my stuff ready. I recieved the package and opened it the same day to find 3 scenes and wondering where the rest was. I got online immediately and contacted Joe on icq and he gave me that ICQ log that you see. Saying 'I shipped them all but if I didnt I'll take the heat etc' As you see he said he will contact me after he finds out if another customer has my shipment by mistake. His story changes because he said he shipped me two packages but fedex says only one was shipped. Then he says he shipped one package and the other might of gone to another of his customers by accident. I contacted him often about it. He told me he would re shoot the scenes so I wasnt worried. I waited a long time and yes all the content that I have has not been doing anything. All the girls are probably on other sites by now but that's my fault and really not apart of this story. I was concerned then 3 years ago that there wasnt enough proof, its my word against his that I didnt recieve the content. And that still stands 3 years later but this time I'm trying my best to do everything I can to get what's mine. I was very frustrated and mad when I saw there was missing content in my package and from the beginning Joe said I was not being truthful and he sent everything out. That is what makes me more furious than anything. $5000 is not a small number to be missing. I'm trying to explain myself the best that I can, I owe it to you guys since I did come here and make this public. I do understand why it's hard to believe because it's been long.
