Alright you said 5 weeks and now you're not responding to me. You said the way I handled things is inexcusable but it's not my fault. It's really your fault for not caring about me 3 years ago. seriously man, if it was a legit deal and money is owed, why come here? why not go directly to court on the matter? I know drama is the cool thing to do, but any lawyer will tell you not to air legal matters in public

I'm back. I had chinese food. Five weeks ago Joe said he would look back in his records (he doesnt even have any records I bet only my opinion) and find out whats going on with me. Because this took place 3 years ago when I bought $18,000 worth of content. To make a long story SHORT - I recieved the last Fedex package with only one package and three scenes. Joe said there was two packages with 7 scenes. I called Fedex they said 'no sir only one package was sent' So Im missing my 4 exclusive scenes that I paid $1250 each for. So that's $5000. I no longer want my 4 scenes because I know rates have gone up to $2000 I dont want him to waste money on me I just want whats originally mine. I just talked to him and he said he will give me $3000 in content from amacontent. I dont want that old stuff that everyone has and Im not going to put up with this. Now he says if I dont take that then he'll see me in court. Well I guess Im going to court and on top of that I need plane fees, court fees etc not just $5000 because Im not going to lose money on this. Im only going to post the ICQ logs as I did 5 weeks ago.

I don't have his address and I need to know how to find it so I can file court papers and get this rolling. I dont have his phone number or new address in LA and I doubt he'll give it to me. I don't like the bullshit of making it so hard on me. Its my fault for waiting a long time but it's not my fault for what I'm doing to get what's rightfully mine.

In general I started the adult business with picture/movie gallery in 96, then running a MGP and still doing the same in 98. Now I own webhosts and still doing a bunch of things for traffic such as movie gallery postingl. I finally want to get my site up and running. Im not sure I want an affiliate program because I just want to make the sales myself with all the traffic I have.

I have some kind of phone to phone meeting with a great lawyer next week. I am in Boston, he is now in LA moved from Las Vegas.

To be honest before I realized how business works I was a good person and now this is turning me into a ferocious beast and I don't like it. So to answer your question I saw when he said on the log if things are not right he will make it right. I kept messaging him online after I saw things were not right. I also never got the site live. After a couple months I stopped messaging him and moved to other projects knowing I would come back to this project. I called him once and he said he would check on it. As months past he never called back, never gave me more messages. Its my fault for not keeping the pressure on him to make good on the deal I know that. But it shouldnt have to be my fault this should of been handled like a business back then and he doesnt care or something. Maybe I didnt spend enough money with him that's just speculation. Because a bunch of other people sticking up for him say "yeah we love the content blah blah" yeah maybe its because you spend $40,000 with him and you're his life line and I'm just spending 18k. The content is great which is why I went with him. Why he has the balls to say he doesnt even fuckin remember me when he went to PRAGUE for me is beyond me.

I bet you think this is complicated on my end. I don't mean to make it too complicated sometimes I have a problem explaining myself. There are other facts such as how he said he would re film the content as you can see in the log. A year past with no calls or messages but I messaged him and said "I am going to get the site live can I be reassured you will still shoot the content when I pick the girls I want' and his message back was 'OK'. I didnt think there was a problem when Im dealing with a good person. I thought Joe was cool and respectable and I just want what's mine.
