I'm back. I had chinese food. Five weeks ago Joe said he would look back in his records (he doesnt even have any records I bet only my opinion) and find out whats going on with me. Because this took place 3 years ago when I bought $18,000 worth of content. To make a long story SHORT - I recieved the last Fedex package with only one package and three scenes. Joe said there was two packages with 7 scenes. I called Fedex they said 'no sir only one package was sent' So Im missing my 4 exclusive scenes that I paid $1250 each for. So that's $5000. I no longer want my 4 scenes because I know rates have gone up to $2000 I dont want him to waste money on me I just want whats originally mine. I just talked to him and he said he will give me $3000 in content from amacontent. I dont want that old stuff that everyone has and Im not going to put up with this. Now he says if I dont take that then he'll see me in court. Well I guess Im going to court and on top of that I need plane fees, court fees etc not just $5000 because Im not going to lose money on this. Im only going to post the ICQ logs as I did 5 weeks ago.
I don't have his address and I need to know how to find it so I can file court papers and get this rolling. I dont have his phone number or new address in LA and I doubt he'll give it to me. I don't like the bullshit of making it so hard on me. Its my fault for waiting a long time but it's not my fault for what I'm doing to get what's rightfully mine.Comment

I bet you think this is complicated on my end. I don't mean to make it too complicated sometimes I have a problem explaining myself. There are other facts such as how he said he would re film the content as you can see in the log. A year past with no calls or messages but I messaged him and said "I am going to get the site live can I be reassured you will still shoot the content when I pick the girls I want' and his message back was 'OK'. I didnt think there was a problem when Im dealing with a good person. I thought Joe was cool and respectable and I just want what's mine.Comment
