What stocks will jump when the birdflu lands in the U.S.?

Looking to pick up some stocks for the upcoming birdflu insanity. This will be 100x bigger than SARS, i'm honestly looking foward to it

Hospital/healthcare stocks. Not insurers but service providers. Perhaps, some pharma companies as well?

I don't follow the stock but Service Corporation International (SCI) is the largest provider of funeral, cremation and cemetery services in North America.

I'm not so sure on that one, none of them have the infrastructute for a massive outbreak, and if they can handle it the un-insured ain't paying.
