Tomorrow is D-Day for me. In the last 12 months i have put on a ton of weight. It has been really frustrating me of late and i have now decided to do something about it, i want to feel good again, so for the next 30 days i will be eating only Fruit, vegtables and drinking water and that is it, nothing else. I weigh in at 135kgs at present, i am hoping to drop a kg a day, wish me luck.

This is the old me, all fat and ugly, mind you it was at the end of the day after shooting, so i was a little tired. i will post a new pic in 30 days. I am hoping for an extreme makeover

Thanks Mark. When i use to live on the Gold Coast which has the nicest weather, i was so fit, slim and healthy, ever since moving back to melbourne where it is cold everyday, i just seem to pig out on all the worst food and not exercise, it must have something to do with the weather.

do you plan on doing fitness aswell as changing your diet?

Will be going to the gym everyday also with a personal trainer. I love melbourne but i will be up on the coast soon for some photoshoots.
