Is there a CSS style plugin for WP?

Is there any type of CSS type plug in for Wordpress???

Ya lost me. Every template on WP uses CSS it's in the wp-content/themes/whatever folder.

yep. it's called notepad. Wordpress worked a deal with Microsoft to have it included in every copy of windows since the begining of time. pretty crazy tool. LMK if you need help configuring it.

In the admin section of WordPress itself, go to "Manage", then click on "Files" from the menu. In there you can directly modify certain files...the stylesheet being one of them.

on most systems no...on windows systems for some reason yes. i haven't directly chmod'd anything when installing wp and it works for me. I've just installed them on linux machines though so i don't know about others.
