Nachos are much more carry friendly than burritos are since they can be set down. Since they also have chips that are salty it would mean more drinks sold. Then most importantly even cheap assembly line nacho's taste a hundred times better than frozen burritos.

Ahh very very true.........

Other reasons.

You will already have chips for the salsa.
You will already need chip containers - dual use for the nachos.
Burritos take 2-3 min in microwave, nachos are just pile on chips then push cheese squirter (20-30 seconds).
Burritos may require freezer space, nachos do not.
Nacho's have more options that are still cheap - chili etc. All usable in the pump machines.
Unit price of nacho's are much less than burritos and have greater markup.
People will actually eat nacho's.

boneprone 02-23-2006 01:36 PM

Ok.. Sold on the Nachos..

What else do we serve though?

Nydahl 02-23-2006 01:37 PM

all mexican bars should be named "tarasco bar "

Beer, Salsa's, taquito's (again costco), guacamole (costco carries it, frozen area), churro's (needs own heating machine), frozen drinks if you can (some places carry pre mixed packs alcohol included).

Sosa 02-23-2006 01:42 PM

beer and nachos lol. Sounds like our late night runs to the gas shop here after we play some drinking jenga lol.

Yeah we were lookin at Taquitos also.

Problem is out of the Microwave they are sooo soggy......

We'd have to cook em in the oven, and I guess keep em in some bin to stay warm the rest the day..

boneprone 02-23-2006 06:53 PM

Come on guys.. More input..

Taking all these suggestions seriously.

Counter top convection oven (15 min) or deep fryer (3 minutes). Though I would suggest they be cooked via convection oven then maybe kept in a warm bin like suggested as deep fat frying is tedious and messy.

Oh costco also has jalapeno poppers, again cooks well in convection oven.
They also have spicy chicken wings in the frozen section, technically not mexican but eh who care's you were going to do frozen burritos.

Yep they take money. CASH......

Most common dollar bill amount is a $20.00 people put in. But they take 5's 10's and 1's.

YOu just insert your your cash into the machine, like any other poker or slot machine in Vegas, and start playing. The machines have all the bells and whistles and are the same as any you'd find in a casino. Perhaps even better.

YOu bet 8 credits per hand, (Two dollars) And can double up any winning hand up to a max of $600.00

600.00 is not the playing limit however.. ITs only the winning hand limit. Ive taken close to 2k out of one of these machines..

They are just like the machines in Vegas, but better. Because you can double up your winning hand..

Highly addictive. HIgher stakes.

When you want to cash out, you press cash out, and a ticket is printed.

You then take it to the casher and they cash ya out.
