Its really not that hard to get a NL server shut down I did one about a month ago. Also got the guy who ran its ISP to shut him down. Im assuming you are from the Netherlands. If so you best read up on your own little laws.

I called them 3 times already the past years, they dont give a shit and legally theyre entitled too. All they host is the php, all images are hotlinked.

Legally the php isnt copyright theft. Id be more then happy to call them again or send them a notice, but theyre entitled to host them.
