Here's what I need: MUST WORK WITH DIVX.

Basic editing, like brightness, contrast, curves, etc.
Resize the video
Feature for entering text onto the clip for the URL watermark.

For starters.

Anyone got a favourite?

You'd need to uncompress it to AVI if you want to be able to easily work with it. Otherwise everything you do will be a pain in the ass.

You can easily re-encode to DIVX after

Reedcode the DIVX to avi.
Divx is technically not an editable format.
