Best Program for Video Editing DIVX?
 

Here's what I need: MUST WORK WITH DIVX.

Basic editing, like brightness, contrast, curves, etc.
Resize the video
Feature for entering text onto the clip for the URL watermark.

For starters.

Anyone got a favourite?

How about Virtualdub? I think it can do all of those things.

That's a funny name. :) Well, not yours. Yours is self explanatory. The name of the program is funny.

Adobe Premiere

Videocharge can do this easily.

You'd need to uncompress it to AVI if you want to be able to easily work with it. Otherwise everything you do will be a pain in the ass.

You can easily re-encode to DIVX after

Reedcode the DIVX to avi.
Divx is technically not an editable format.
