apic is a good service for content suppliers, it protects them and makes sure this business stays as clean as it can.

however, as much as i am all for apic, they are handling this situation extremely bad. i don't think holding lensman responsible is the proper way to go about this. they are way off line on that.

I've heard a rumor that Steve Easton is no longer with APIC. The email that Lensman posted seems to have been written by a Mr. Callahan. I always assumed that APIC=Easton, this does not seem to be the case anymore. Who exactly is APIC?
