No one has ever been in trouble to this date, ever.

I'm not a lawyer so that's all I can really say.

Click my sig and find out. I'll raise your payout to 25% if you do it today

If you're uneasy though, don't do it. It's that simple.

LOL.. yeah I didn't announce anything. I'm still backlogged and juggling the people I have rolling so far that I haven't really been ready to open the floodgates yet.

And this is a whole different thing for me so I'm trying to do as much homework as I can so I know wtf I'm talking about... lol

Once I fluff my pillows and get comfy over here, watch out guys! There will be some big announcements regarding Party casino and other aspects of the program. We will have some really cool incentives for webmasters too along with tourneys, giveaways, etc that will put all other casino programs to shame.

I'm stoked! But stiill just getting warmed up

Hi RRRED,

Just a heads up. I was going to send a mail, but I can't send mail from where I'm at right now.

There seems to be an error when you want to create a new tracker. After I click Submit on the tracker confirmation page, I get this error:
"Error: Due to technical reasons we were not able to process this page."

When I create a "20% up to $100 Extra on First Deposit" tracker, the confirmation page says I created a "$25 extra on First Deposit" and vice-versa.

The average punishment is 18 months in jail. People get out in 6 months with good behavior though.

When did this happen? They had shut down the affiliate section for signups momentarily while they prepared for Partycasino... Can you give me your username, full name and email address? I will have this checked into immediately.

Based on my attorneys advice, it was his advise to avoid revshare type agreements since that can construe that you're a partner into a casino, offshore or not is irrelevant. Pay per signup, pay per click, pay per impression and selling the traffic through a third party (like adsense) were all deemed much safer than revshare. Of course even these are still risky, but not as risky as revshare.

If you are already an affiliate and are sending traffic already, you'll need to ask the person that's been taking care of you. I can't be the one to change that.

I can still relay this question for you if you can give me your username, full name, and email address.

probably very few, but everyone promoting questionable sites or getting traffic from questionable sources should have one... when you are locked up and awaiting trial is not the best time to be looking for a lawyer specializing in this kind of stuff...
