I have missed my daily nap for like the last 4+ days and I'm tired.
But yeah normally I do.

I work until about 4-5 am, get up around 9-10 am work for a couple of hours take a nap, get back up start working again.

I usually get one if my 2yo gets one, but I am usually up half the night working while my kids are in bed, so I pretty much am good for nothing after dinner without one.

About once or twice a week I'll take a 20 minute power nap. It's enough to recharge my battery and keep me going for the rest of the day. Anything longer and I feel sluggish.

I do. After years and years of working overnights (I don't anymore) I still get tired around 10:30-11:00am everyday, especially if I am not too active. I'll try and get at least a 20 minute powernap. That will carry me for another 7-9 hours without anymore fatigue.

I went through streaks where I took naps every day. I am glad I got away from that though. Very addicting and a waste of time. I much rather prefer a good nights sleep.

I take them as often as I can fit them in.

I am no longer able to run on 4-5 hours of sleep a night, so if I don't get a nap on those scarce sleep nights, no one wants to be around me.

Plus they are just so decandent, and I'm all about that. :D
