WordPress 2.0 Comments Question
I have checked this boxe in the admin panel under options/discussions
"An administrator must approve the comment (regardless of any matches below)" However, you can still leave a comment on the post/blog. Being that I don't feel like dealing with a bunch of shit comment spamming am I missing another check box somewhere in the admin? |

Been down that road before. but I've got it figured out. They can post, I just want to approve it before it hits the front page. |

I've never checked it in WP2, but is the comment really there? Are you not only seeing it because you are logged in as the admin. That is the way it worked on previous version.
Someone posts a comment but it doesn't show straight away.

I just checked on WP2 and it still works that way for me. The guy that actually posts the comment gets a message saying that it is awaiting moderation and doesn't show as a comment.
I have the same settings as you by the sounds of it.
