I had one... like I do every year. I'm actually following through with it this time. Seeing results now and stepping up my efforts. It sucks because I actually joined the gym in late November or early December and it was empty but after the new year the occupancy exploded... it's finally starting to die down again.

lol. My goal this year was to get a full 6 pack. My last skinfold measurement was 12mm. I think I have to get to 8mm before I'll be happy. At my current rate, that's another 4 weeks.
