www.godaddy.com is cheap and good, i think it's $8.95 for a year and cheaper if you register for more years.

I used godaddy. But their support is terrible. Just hope to god any querey you have is covered in the FAG. Cuz they sure as hell don't get back to you within the 10-12 hours that they say. But yeah, very cheap. Someone else pointed out a registar that did 7.95 domains. That's the cheapest i've seen. Forgotten the URL though.

If you ask me I'd go with cheaper domains only for short term biz or if I wanted to buy a TON of type-ins. With cheaper domains you are at greater risk of losing them when companies go to shit and you can get worse support/admin panel, whatever... You get what you pay for.

I use directnic as they are just awesome, but yes they cost $15 which I think is not what you are looking for.

If you want to use register.com for 8.88/domain, go to their namebargain.com site.

Not super cheap or anything, but bulkregister.com works for us. Great admin functions and they get down to $10/ea if you register 50 in the same month (the price stays at $10/ea after that forever).

I'm using godaddy, seems alright. The only thing I don't like is the amount of offers they have on the register forms for any domain Sooo much spam.. The site is pretty messy too. But, its cheap!

I was told a few, and went with namecheap
its very easy to use and $8.88 a name don't really need to get cheaper then that.

Admin area is great!

If making a negative post about a company it would be good if you would give a reason for it.

WHY don't you like RegisterFly... Problems with them etc etc?? ... DETAILS PLEASE

I use Dotster for stuff I want still for I kinda worry about 3rd party registrars, ones that pass your desired domain name through a couple of other registrars/domains etc before they can complete the transaction. Am kinda worried that if one of the 3rd party sites they register through has a bot or something for HOT keywords in domain names they may reserve/hold it before I get a chance to buy it, then someone gets to eyeball it to see if it's good or bad and then keeps it to try to sell at inflated price or something.

Have ALWAYS got what I wanted at Dotster, nice and secure... But it is $14.95/yr.

Later, RIPP
