I was considering that, while I was writing my own billing system... then I realised my dilema. It costs me more in lost time to do it myself, and yet it would probably take even more time for me to hold the whip over an outsourced team. There has to be a decent product already out there. I wrote one for dutchteencash that uses ccbill but allows reward points and some other stuff now I'm modifing it to include\

allow or disallow content download, contest management, FHG's, FHFS's, POTD, GOTD, fake TGP and a few other features
