webmaster payout service. Who does offer this?
I thought WTS/achdebit used to, however, they no longer provide this service. Any other companies who do?

Electracash only does the US and maybe canada .. not 100% sure on canada though.
Apart from them Jettis has a horribly overpriced one that at least is a solution ... and there are two other small and quite dodgy looking companies I wont mention. Anyone able to actually start something similar to what WTS had would make a killing.
