Anybody Else Having trouble getting a reply from Paycom?

I've tried Rand. I've tried support. Nothing. No replies for 2 days. Should support for a processing company be impossible on weekends?

Is there a way to get a reply from paycom? Anybody else having this problem?

If anybody from Paycom is reading this I'd appreciate some help. I've been 2 months without a sales rep and I have nobody to contact regarding questions etc.

Chris Mallick isn't with them any more. Rand is one of the owners. He's still there. He provided us with a canned response in the other thread this weekend.

Used to be good CS while Amparo was there now she's left its slow. I must say tech support has always been first class for me...

Last time I talked to Rand he was still working there and probably still is. he was very sick the past few days. so i bet he hasnt had time to check mail.

YES! I am still at Paycom and I'm not going anywhere.

However, I have been out sick since Thursday of last week and checking email and boards intermittently the last few days. For anyone concerned, I am feeling better and this my first day back in the office for a few days.

I usually just call them on the phone, ask who is the big man or woman that day and then get shit done...
