Anybody Else Having trouble getting a reply from Paycom?
I've tried Rand. I've tried support. Nothing. No replies for 2 days. Should support for a processing company be impossible on weekends?
Is there a way to get a reply from paycom? Anybody else having this problem? |
If anybody from Paycom is reading this I'd appreciate some help. I've been 2 months without a sales rep and I have nobody to contact regarding questions etc.

Good Luck, I asked Rand to email me or hit me up on icq last week (in your other post) because we wanted to start doing business with them and I still haven't heard from them.... Interesting way to treat potential new clients :2 cents:

YES! I am still at Paycom and I'm not going anywhere. However, I have been out sick since Thursday of last week and checking email and boards intermittently the last few days. For anyone concerned, I am feeling better and this my first day back in the office for a few days.
