Apparently, he paid the $60 for 20 sets, but only got 10 of them. He says he has tried contacting you via email, but you don't respond.

What is up with that?

I also paid for the sets and got nothing, i asked Paul what im supposed to do (the site is very confusing) and i got a response saying select the sets...i asked how i do that and got no answer.

That was what, on monday?

The time spent struggling with the site trying to get my order just made it not such a good deal. Sure 20 sets for 60$ and 300$ worth of my time.

Time is fucking money.

I never got all my content either. I'm hoping there is a reason for it though. Got some of it and never the rest.
You're right about one thing, that site is so slow it takes you hours to pick things out. Nice content but so not worth the headaches to get it.

I got back yesterday and cleared all the problems. Not sure about why the site was running slow, will sort that one out.

As for why you never got the second 10 of sets for free, did you follow the instructions in the original post? You had to go back and select the second lot of 10.

Still never recieved one set. I did follow the instructions in your post and even asked you on icq what i needed to do, thats when you stopped responding.

Im not icq'ing or emailing again, i allready wasted 3 hrs with this shit. If you cant figure out who paid and didnt get product you have worse problems then not responding to customers.
