Frankly, I think the mail system in Canada might be better than your US postal service, and you claimed you sent me the cheque twice... I never miss any snail mail from anyone else but miraculously from you.

And about fed-ex? You think I'm gonna pay you extra to send me a cheque I've been waiting for 2 and a half years? I would rather prefer to expose Amateur Pages and you.

I've even received quite a bit of email of people that had the same problem with you... they gave up... guess that's what you've been counting on.

he in canada? mail system here is pretty decent. there is the odd slip up and something takes a bit longer but i've never had mail lost before. 99% of my mail gets to me ontime.

he is not the only webmaster who uses it. i am sure there are people that get 1,000's of dollars a pay period that get their checks.

remember these companies have 20 or 30,000 webmasters to keep track of.

Why not just reissue him a check? What does being an asshole have to do with it?... After a while I would get pissed and whine about it too...you shouldn't punish the guy just because he doesn't pratice good business sense... You're on his level if you don't pay him though




btw,I don't use the program myself but there has been 100 posts threads on other boards complaining about getting termed and not paid for odd reasons

good luck on an intangible - and the 'terms and conditions' usually offer the paysite a legal reason not to pay you. You;re prettty much dead in the water.

The Basis of ANY paysite program is PRODUCE or don't get paid. If your traffic is worth anything people (like lensman) will pay you casue they want you to contunue to make money for them. If it's worth a lot - he'll do whatever he can to make you continue.
If they don't pay you they don't want YOUR traffic. Don't send them any more. Simple? Yes - do you understand it? - I doubt it.

with a click through program where they say u'll never be removed for low productivity they should pay even if the guy's ratio is 0:100,000. obviously that kind of ratio would never happen, but u get the picture. the paysite takes the risk of no sign ups, and the webmaster is guaranteed payment without having to worry about ratios.

as long as the guy doesn't break any rules he should be paid regardless of ratios.

Lensman, my AP account was closed for inactivity one the first go round, think the email said "you gotta send hits in the first 2 weeks of signing up" or asomething.... its been awhile, but I was in the process of creating killer click through galleries and my account was closed before I even pushed it... hehe..
