IEView - Loads current page or link in IE
SearchStatus - google pr and alexa
Flash Block
SwitchProxy
Screen Grab

Any other good ones to check out?

'measure it', allows you to measure anything on the screen,
bookmark synchronizer, allowing to sync bookmarks automatically via ftp, for multiple computers
Resizeable Text Area - allows any text area to be re-sized
Tabbrowser Extensions - advanced tab browsing

will definitely pick up a couple of new ones from this thread, great idea.

Some great extensions listed in here.

I've also used FoxyTunes which integrates with iTunes and Mouse Gestures which is kind of cool, but not the best to use with a touch pad on a laptop.
