Webair? Hello???

Bullshit.

After all the years of uptime, good customer service, my good comments on this forum about them......

I call tech support and tell them my sites down.... after a minute he comes back on and says, 'its ok now.'

I'm like, 'alright, is everything fixed? What was the prob?'

Its an Apache problem, I'll look into it

Now I am down again.

I am not switching companies yet but this shit pisses me off more than you will ever know.

and now I am even posting here about this bullshit

damn, I'm going to bed after I call them again

so why post here? call them and get your shit fixed.. perhaps you werent clear on the problem?

i would never let a tech off the phone until my problem was fixed, from any company. discover the chutzpa within.

The tech did fix it but the point is two hours later and the sites down again after he said he would look into whats going on.... basically I feel like I was blown off because he got it working.

Webair is loosing quality. Everytime something goes down and I contact support they always deny it's down before they even check. Then when I insist they check eventually they agree to take a look.

that was one of the reasons I cancelled my webair account....either they don't check and don't agree that it is down, or they take 10 hours to fix it

I glad I decided not to go with WebAir. I use www.swiftwill.com. never had a problem and they are there all the time.

Almost 100% uptime for several years with webair. The few times its been down it was either my fault or a planned upgrade. Even when I was drunk and logged in as root on my server and did a misstake with the "rm"-command they helped me in the middle of the night. For free.

I see someone from webair online on ICQ almost 24/7. If not I can hit someone up via livesupport 4AM in the morning and get help within a few minutes.

I can't complain.

Webair = the best hosting company there is for my needs.

Thanks webair
