anyone ever bought a foreclosure property?
i heard that these types of properties can be bought with very little to no down payment...but what are the pros and cons?

You can't just WALKUP and say I want that property.
You need to take classes on how to buy.. There are diffren't suits. Everything is aginst the plantiff. And it depends on what leans..2nd/jr mortage.. Membership assisoate.. fee/lean. People shell out 100's a month for info on whats going out for bid. :-x |
