anyone ever bought a foreclosure property?
 

i heard that these types of properties can be bought with very little to no down payment...but what are the pros and cons?

You can't just WALKUP and say I want that property.


You need to take classes on how to buy.. There are diffren't suits.

Everything is aginst the plantiff. And it depends on what leans..2nd/jr mortage.. Membership assisoate.. fee/lean.

People shell out 100's a month for info on whats going out for bid. :-x

so in other words i have a lot to learn...lol...

A lot isn't the start of it. You have regulars that go every week to the courthouse.. they all have notes on what they are going to bid on..And they tell them how much they are gonna spend max.. and they help eachother out..

Also they have a newbie welcoming.. they bid up and up and let the newbie get something that isn't worth a shit lol..

Nope, I watched it unfold. I always know whats worth buying and whats not.
