Here in Brazil there are/were some big and huge bingo + video machine places. Or video machines only places. Most are closed now but some are still operating with the help of a good team of lawyers... and making tons of money.

they do that in the bars here in detroit with video poker machines. i dont know exactly how it works, but the shady bars pay out on the machines. you have to call the bartender over when you're done and they reset it and give you cash. im sure it involves paying off the cops though.

Off the gride, on the grid again, off the grid... Texas has a strange market. Technally, those machines fall under the "Chuck E. Cheese" AWP laws. AWP = Amusement with Prize. You can't win more than 10x your bet, and you can't replay credits - everything is paid in "prizepoints" in the form of a Walmart gift card or similar. Most of the current machines are grey area or illegal and the sites get raided weekly.... and open up again across the street. Strange, strange market. I spent a week down there going around to this little shithole gamerooms and checking out the scene. They actually have machines whith a series of pictures of a chick getting naked, if you continue to win the bonus rounds.
