		 I must go to the gym tonight then and hopefully 3 or 4 other more times this week. I can't get lazy (i've never been fat or overweight but I want to stay healthy). As a kid I use to cycle miles every day. Was out all day long on my bike cycling all over the place. Nowerdays I rarely cycle at all and I don;t want the same to happen with my weight training. 		 Been working out for a couple months now. Joined a cool 24 hour gym with a friend that's usually always empty. Usually run a mile a day and do weight training. Typically go 4 times a week. I also moved into a third floor apt.... I figured the stairs are a workout in themselves... lol  
		
	
		
		
		
		
			I've gained a little weight but I'm starting to see more definition and I look better... People keep asking me if I've "lost weight", I haven't.. but I will in time.
