Epassporte "support"

To all webmasters using Epassporte

Here is my story..

22 days ago i discovered that there are unautorized movements in my epassporte account. So i've contacted inmediately by email with them, but there was no responce.. I had to call on the next day to their phone number to report the case. They even have checked the mail..

OK. I've done everything what they said in our phone conversation and the following email that i've received

In next 21 days i've sent 4 emails to the famous email address cs@.. asking "what is happening with my account, my money? When can i use it again?" But there was no responce. After my last email, that was very angry i've received responce:

"Dear Cardholder,

For further assistance, please call our Cardholder Services Center at any
of the phone numbers listed below.

I hope this is helpful and please let me know if I can be of further
assistance.

Regards,
......."

So what the fuck that means??? Cant you just write me few words to explain the situation?Or i MUST spend some money calling you???
(note that the phone number and the "support" email address are the same thing!)

Anyway today i've tryed to call them.. after 3.30 hours calling to the famous phone number and listening music untill they get the phone, and sending a lot of emails ("we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.") i have the responce. It was like:
"every 2 minutes we have reports like yours and we cant catch all of them"

YEAAAAH very funny you can write an email that sais to call you but you CANT TELL ME WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON??? for 21 days???? NO WAY!!!!!

So people, take care with this company!!!

Last month i'm under the impression that they dont give a fuck about their costumers.. or maybe it's all about money.. or it's personal..?

But in fact, what we can expect from a company where the employees are models? I saw the sexy-babes post and i'm with you man!

What do you think about it?
Where i can find help to resolve my case faster?

Take care with this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Move your money to another place before lose it!!!!!!!!!!!

"Epassporte support" - given the complaints that come out here it seems to be an oxymoron.

If you use your epassporte email to mail them you get a proper prompt answer

This is what I do...

I have 3 epassporte accounts... When something is fishy in one account I transfer all of the remaining money to one of the other accounts or both or I go straight to an ATM and withdrawl the money. I have a nice sized withdrawl limit and transactions limit.

Now I call them and explain the situation and within 5 seconds of talking to a human my account is locked. They tell me that money went into two other accounts, I inform them I own those accounts... But usually I just withdrawl the entire account at the ATM.

Now I have my money. My account is locked but I can go to the large paying sponsors and switch to one of the others... Takes about 1 hour to withdrawl the dough and then switch 10 to 20 accounts over but it is worth it. Otherwise I'd have a month of nightmares...

Is it allowed to have 3 epass accounts? I thought it was 1 account per person.

It's real nice to have so much confidence in folks holding your money.

Ask me how many bank accounts I have...

I have plenty of confidence in Epassporte. If I didn't, I wouldn't move a few grand through it a month...

To be honest, it has actually been more reliable than bank wires!

Didn't ask if you push them, just asked if you ever received a payment from someone or sent money to someone with that type of name...

I have had an epassporte for about 10 months and have done a little over 100 transactions and so far I haven't had any problems. Only problem I have is I wish I could up my withdraw limit to over the current $600 daily and raise my current daily transaction limit over the current $1000.

Limit increases are on a case by case basis.
Email me your account name and I'll check if you qualify and get back to you.

I have had an outstanding customer support issue for over a week.

I bought a gift card that is useless because the account password was never sent/recvd.

This should be a simple customer service issue.
I transfer thousands of dollars with epassporte.... WTF?

No answer from emails to:
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]

I have sent emails from epassporte email and from my normal email accounts.

I have called and left a voice message as well.
No return call...
Every time I have called, no one answers the support numbers.

This is horrible customer service.
I am talking about over a dozen attempts to resolve this simple issue.

I will hit up Keyser Soze.
He seems to be the only human contact left.

Ok I'll do that. Not asking for a huge increase. Say $1000 on the widthdraw limit and $1200 on the daily transaction limit. A couple of months back I had an issue when google adwords had to take a $1002 out.
