ARS denied me because the word lolita is on my site - GoFuckYourself.com

Just got this mail from them after I applied yesterday for an account.
I was very surprised to read this since it's the first time a sponsor rejected my site.
For the record my is is clean and I don't promote kiddie porn neither are there links listed to under age girls.

Your application has been DENIED for the following reason(s):

The word lolita was found on http://www.site.com
The word young girl was found on http://www.site.com

My god the term "young girl" is not allowed? How should one describe a teen with braces? How should one decribe the milton twins?
Is Raven Riley not a young girl? Didn't knew she was a milf

Now for the term lolita, just because some pedofiles use this term should it be a banned term to describe 25 year old women who dress up as a schoolgirl with a lollipop in their mouth? Because that is what a lolita is.

I really wonder if they do proper site reviews at ars, because if they did they would have seen everything is legit.

So far for the drama

I mailed them and seriously hope they will change their mind.

It's not just ARS, just so you know. They most likely have business dealings with other companies that won't allow those terms on the site. These types of restrictions and regulations are becoming widespread.

I mailed them and explained I'm using these terms to have variation in my descriptions.

Teen
Teenager,
Woman,
Young Woman
Milf
Older woman
Mature lady

Well one gets bored when he visits each day so the more terms the better.
I also choose not to refer to women as bitches, sluts and so on. That is why I have to be a bit more creative and use lolita, young girl etc...

With Cameron I can use princess so that's a nice change

Where have you been, over a year ago most programs distanced themselves from anything using the word "lolita". Sponsor programs don't have endless amounts of time to check and continuously monitor affiliate sites. They simply place a few rules to abide by, if you can't at least follow them then don't expect them to accept you.

I think it's funny that you are actually surprised. That term has been used for CP for a very long time, and as someone stated above, this is not something new. If you look at banned words in TOS, usually lolita is right up there as one of the first terms you can not use. Nothing new here...

My domain isn't the problem, I run a text tgp and 1 link out 1000 you will find the word lolita that is why they denied my application.

i got my account suspended AFTER i signed up for a sponsor because a tgp that i used for my site url had a trade with lolita mpegs. this was while i had a PPC campaign running. needless to say i wont be promoting them anymore. consider yourself lucky they actually reviewed the app and told you ahead of time.

Good thing there are enough sponsors. After I got their mail I went to askjolene and typed in the word lolita, it gave me 1000's of galleries with regular porn. It's the pedofiles who are abusing the term and not the adult biz.

Some are describing teens as "tiny petite young schoolgirls" that sounds even worse than "young girl".

If all sponsors made an issue out of it I would remove all lolita words but for just one I'm not going to filter thousands of links.

Not just pedofiles, webmaster pedofiles. All the CP sites were using lolita terms that's basically what gave the term a bad name

It's been more than a year. A lot of sites have been distancing themselves for it a WHOLE lot longer. It's been commonly known for some time. Even some sites will not all 'teen' in their submissions. You have to change to coed, or something else. Even in the 18 teen, etc. Not all adult, but a good portion of it's been moving this way for some time.

Lolita's common for CP. So as the other person said, remove CP type things like 'lolita' and you should be fine.

Anything that remotely suggests "pedo"... like "young" is in the same category. Even "teen" gets contentious if this is not qualified in other ways.

I'd sure agree with ARS on their decision. Try cleaning up the site of these words and try again.

Applications and sites are reviewed by a combination of auto scripts and webmaster supports' own review of the application. We simply can not allow those terms to be used to promote the ARS portfolio.

There is nothing wrong with the word Lolita and why should Google ban it? The problem starts when ya have an website which is clearly adult and using that term. True, pedo webmasters have abused the word, but it's extremely rare to thing of an adult site that would have cause to use the word Lolita unless they were pandering to a pedo market.

The term "young girl", once again, can be borderline - but only within the context of adult websites. Ask yourself, what in normal commonplace thinking, is a "young girl"? Sure suggests someone less than say 18, to me.

BTW.. there are also a few major hosts who will pull the plug on adult domains they find that need to use pedo words, - such as lolita. Any webmaster or "experienced surfer" knows damned well what these words mean in net world.

I got a warning from ars about two years ago, before they collapsed and started again, about the term young girl on my sites. Those terms were left over from back in 2000-2001, before the panics started, when you could use those words and people knew you were referring to an 18 to 20 year old. The term was synonymous with teen then.

A days work with search and replace tools and I've never heard from them about it again.

has nothing to do with anything else its pure biz everyone needs to process visa/mc there used to be a ton of teen tgp's with the word lolita in them years ago most people gave up the domains because sponsors would not take traffic from the domains because of visa/mc rules.
