It's not nude. I think the objection here is that the images are possibly being used for adult jerkoff material when they were intended for GQ and Sports Illustrated type things (that is, TEENAGER jerkoff material). :1orglaugh

This really sounds like something that could have been settled amicably over the phone. If anyone else wants those pictures pulled, which are apparently in legal use, and no misuse was intended, they should provide replacement content and compensate the webmaster a reasonable amount for the inconvenience.
I respect ePassporte's desire to look out for the interests of its employees but in this case it doesn't seem like they carried it out professionally.
