Need Advice re: Car Dealer Service Dept. is Jerking Me Around! - GoFuckYourself.com

My brand new car had one of its computers go out and this service dept. is completely jerking me around by making me pay for a loaner car (will probably be for a week). They are supposedly "out" of cars. Any suggestions?

It's a BMW 5 series.

Damn, that's messed up. The BMW dealership here would give you a free loaner no matter what during warranty work.

If it is their policy to provide you with a loaner car and they are out, they should pay the bill for the rental

That was my experience in the past as well. This is not the dealership where I bought the car.

That's what I keep telling them. Their response: we're out of loaner cars until Feb. 10.
