It depends really. Sometimes I get them based on keywords. Sometimes I want something funny or shocking so it is easy to remember. Sometimes I want simple, to the point domains that describe what the site is.
examples: BangkokStreetWhores.com or HandjobHookers.com You know EXACTLY what your getting before you even click on it. I like names like this for adult sites. |

I'd say #3 can be just as brandable as #1.
