I hate both parties but I do not see a problem with listening into someone who is contacting a suspected terrorist. If they listened to me, i would be pissed.

Have you been watching the news lately at all? There a just a few republicans in hot water lately. I guess it doesn't matter because they are in control for now, at least for the next year. ooooo I can't wait until we get done with the midterms. There is a revolt coming and I would hate to be a republican incumbant.

Anyone useing statements publised by the Washington Post to make make a legitimate arguement is an idiot. These and other like publications are like terrrists using the Koran as a ligitimate source.

That is exactly why the FISA courts where made into LAW so that a Judge would have to decide if a wire tap is legal and warranted.

They even give 3days or 15days in war time after the taps to for the administration to bring the warrants to them.

The way it is now the little king decides who what where and why with no oversight. That is what makes it illegal and against the constitution.

The question is why does Bush have to hide from the courts?

The answer is that he is tapping people he knew the courts whould not agree to.
