You're 100% right about them needing to be trained "the right way". That's why I made it a point to mention the rottweiler website and book to her, because they both make it known that training is a MUST. I can't begin to tell you how many different levels of training classes we've gone to with our rottie. But, the outcome has been a loving, gentle, protective, obedient addition to our family. :)
