Thanks for the support from most of you!!!

And to answer everyone's questions: YES...it costs a hell of a lot of money to go public in legal fees, etc. ...BUT the good news is that we made it...which is the first step. So, I'm happy for now...I'll keep everyone posted

Cheers,

Muffy

Public or Private company it is still a great success when you reach the goal that you have been working for 2 1/2 years to achieve.
I applaud everyone that has a private business and feels that they are reaching the goals they set out for in the beginning. Continue the success, and let's ride this wave.

Congrats Muffy! I see a lot of hard work has been done on your part. You are doing good things for the adult biz as a whole (especially if you can get that stock price up!) Good Luck!

Congrats on your move. It's always interesting to see an adult bidness go public.

Do you have a response to Lesman's question?

I was looking at your financials at http://www.digitalrooster.com/first02.html and it looks like you are losing lots of money and have no cash.

What's up with that?

As I stated earlier, it is very, very costly to try to go public, especially when you had to work for 2 1/2 years at it...the lawyers fees, accounting fees, and marketing costs are immense.

The way I read that. the majority of the costs are "Administration" read "Big Ass Salaries".. It would be interesting to see how many employees it takes to use up $386,176 worth of salary in 3 months.

Cheers,

it's up to $0.30 now ...

and NO there are no big ass salaries here....we have a lot of employees here who have worked very hard over the last few years to support the company in it's quest to go public. I have mentioned before where our big costs lie.

Cool beans. Good luck with it, and congrats on going public. I know it can be an utter pain.

You pessamistic haters never fail to amaze me ???

How many people who posted here are publicly traded ?
I rest my case ...

I have known Muffy personally for some time now ... and as well as being a total babe, she is a super person, and works for a super company ...

Digital Rooster is the parent company to WEB DREAM and various other smaller entities ... anybody who's been around more than a year, has probably seen, or if not used Web Dream's BUDAPEST LIVE cam feeds .... (oh yeah ... )

First Publicly traded porn DOT COM in canada IS something to be proud of ... Congrats Muffy, Alecks, and everybody else at DR !!

Hey Meredith ... How was Italy ?? Drinks on me one night, and you can tel me all about it ...

Hey Hungryman,

Thanks for the support

...and yes it did go to 10 cents today but it went back up to 26 for closing.

We have been working hard to add new content, free content, redesigning our sites, and adding new partnership programs that have been converting very well for our webmasters.

There is a lot more work adhead of us, but we are ready for it :-))

What do you think about Private then, PRVT ?

I was going to buy shares a year ago, but decided to wait, now I am glad I did not buy. It was all uphill for Private some years ago, but starting from a year ago it was all downhill... wonder why!!!

I love their products and their strategies, I am still waiting for the right moment to buy...

We are still surviving this turbulent market. We have released a lot of promising news with more to come, and we have some new people on board (market makers, etc. ) that are helping us with our endeavor.

We are expecting big things

But I'm sure that the wise and prudent investor totally ignores these financials because she's such a "babe" and a "super person"

There have been losses for all three years. Maybe it's just me, but I think that somebody would want to work 2+ years for PROFIT, not for a public listing. It must take hella work to get listed but there are people sitting in their living room promoting penis pills that are making thousands a month and have profitability. I just don't see how you can lose money in porn in the first place and if you are losing money, I don't see how having investors scrutinizing your books and pressing you for stock rises is going to help.

Companies go public for a reason...to raise capital, mergers, aquisitions, etc. In this specific instance with NEW product
launches...bottom line is potential, future and growth. The company is not turning a profit right now and that is not the primary concern, the company could restructure and turn a profit tomorrow...but I am sure as you say "the wise and prudent investor" stayed away from all companies losing money in
it's early stages like Microsoft, Cisco, etc. It is all about potential and growth and in product development stages sometimes you need to take a step back before you move forward.

went up 33.33% today, not bad.
maybe I'll buy some later, right now the transaction fees are higher than potential profit.

nah, I don't hate anybody...except that goddamned Shok....oh yeah and cyberpunk, he's such a little bitch and that prick mastamindz, oh yeah and that "Friends" chick....well I kinda hate Justin Timberlake too and I'm not a big fan of Ken Wiederhorn...and I gues I also hate elephant bukkake...

I just don't think that we have to necessarily be nice to someone just because they are a babe....that's kinda unfair to the non-babes
