Surfing GFY is not going to help, if anything its going to keep you awake.

Call the front desk, ask them for whatever book they have and start reading, you will find your senses dulling, and ideally your eyelids will start to get heavy.

turn the pc off, first of all.
2nd, write! about anything...your thoughts, your goals, whatever!
after 30 mins, not feeling sleepy yet? then take a couple shots of whiskey (or something of the same calibur.)

still not tired? take some Excedrin PM (2 pills is more powerful than 2 extra strength over the counter sleeping meds). take 3 pills and say nighty night!

Try stretching to some shitty TV show.

Either the TV and the crappy show will kill your eyes enough to cause sleepiness, or the subtle flow of blood through your muscles may relax you.
