What programs would you most like to help your business?

I have a close friend who is a very good programmer and he wants to start writing programs he can sell to the adult business.

So what programs do you think are the most useful to your business?

I'm getting him to write a few for us, probably a simple tracking program and cascading billing one.

SERP tracker

basically something like stats remote that checks search engine listings and looks for your domain on certain keywords and tells you what position you are, mabye show if you climbed or dropped from yesterday.

Probably yes. As I have not got a clue what you're talking about.

I'm doing a favor to a friend by trying to find out what programs would be of use to people so he can make some money. What's the problem?

I need a client database for a non-adult biz... how much would he charge for that? something that is simple to use. ie. customer calls in, phone rep enters info to pull up account, ability to make notations of the conversation etc.

The idea is to get custom jobs and/or get jobs many would need and sell a license.

Will get him to contact you. This could have lots of uses.
