Software for making PC phone calls..???
I have the little headset thing that plugs into the PC and used to have some software to make phone calls (local and LD) but the sight is gone now.... SO....
what is the best way to get the job done now...?? Thanks

Thanks guys...
I'll check them all out... but, to be more specific. I am just using this to make PC to PC calls. Not sure if that makes a difference but if it does keep posing the links. Tanker... I hear ya man... I don't even have the thing licensed yet. My life has been hectic as hell lately. I did have a shoot lined up but the girl bailed. I want to get some plates on it and give ya some action shots. I promise you'll have some pics before it's time to give the next one away.  P.S. I heard Phoenix was a blast... especially for you :D No pun intended. I wish I could have been there.

Buddyphone is about the best for PC to PC (sound quality and no lag or breaking up)
but don't get the newest version from thier website ... it sucks, and every 5 mins tries to sell you the UPGRADED service I have the full install of buddyphone2 (previous version) it works like a charm, and all you have to do is send the same download (like 1˝MB) to the other person you wish to call Hit me on ICQ if you want it Doug

Enjoy Bro ... I've been a faithful buddyPhone user for over 2 years now !!!
I used to use MediaTalk or MediaRing ... until I found buddyphone ... very user friendly interface, and call quality is great ... even with DIALUP ... LOL Only glad to help ... The fucking telcos have ripped us off for way to long ... time to fight back !!!
