Buddyphone is about the best for PC to PC (sound quality and no lag or breaking up)
but don't get the newest version from thier website ... it sucks, and every 5 mins tries to sell you the UPGRADED service
I have the full install of buddyphone2 (previous version)
it works like a charm, and all you have to do is send the same download (like 1˝MB) to the other person you wish to call
