You can wrap them in foil with herbs, spices, and lemon slices, wrap tightly and cook for however long needed for their size in an oven. You can add a slight amount of water if you want to steam it slightly as well.

You can use the same cooking method with almost any seasoning.

you can do anything with a turkey breast that you can do with a chicken breast. However, they do dry out a bit quicker so just watch out for that.

There is always the classic turkey curry...I do that a couple times a month.

Here's a super-easy recipe:

Season both sides of skin-on breasts with generous amounts of salt & pepper, place on a rack over a pan (to catch the drippings) on the highest rack in a 400 degree oven and bake until done. Tasty, simple, crispy!

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Brush the turkey breast with vegetable oil. Sprinkle liberally with salt, pepper, herbs, and spices. Insert meat thermometer to the center of the breast. Wrap and seal the breast in extra-heavy aluminum foil, with the face of the meat thermometer on the outside of the foil for viewing. Place on a wire rack in a shallow roasting pan.

Roast the turkey breast until the meat thermometer reaches 170 degrees F. (about 2 to 2-3/4 hours). Open the aluminum foil about 30 minutes before the breast is done and baste 2 times with the drippings.
