it doesn't take that deep pockets to fight anyone in court. without a doubt P10 is a big fish, but still. He didn't have to do it alone - there were many guys affected by this without a reason

When a Google tech sits at his console he has a plethoria of tools infront of him... or her...

But you really don't need them... If you are going to ban/remove people and you don't want to piss someone off who has money to sue you, you can simple write an algorythm to do so...

if ( Delete if # of pics / ((# of times showing up in results * page shown on) * how often all terms resulting in this domain per day) > .45 || TLD = .ru) { ban all } else { ban page }

So if you are thebestporn.com you may have a score of .00456 and if you are a newb that is on the level but not big enough to sue, .50 and you get "banned" outright just so they don't have to deal with you fucking around... As in if they deleted your page you might be a loose cannon and create a tgp on the domain with only the infringing pics...

Honestly dude i can`t sue them by myself. As Big E said i dont have deep enough pockets nor the will to go against this fool alone,but if we (everyone wrongly affected by this) can get organized somehow, if some of the bigger sponsors affected by this steps up, i think we can do something..
Basicly he`s trying to end his competition slowly.If we dont do something i doubt that this will end anytime soon..

Perfect 10 should take care of that don't you think. He came with some holy story about their crusade for copyright, but failed to explain how so many sites with zero of their content got on the list.
