I stopped drinking caffeine

Not on purpose. Was sick so long and drinking nothing but clear liquids like water and diet sprite so I laid off the diet coke.

Been about 3 weeks and honestly it's fucking me up. I can't stop sleeping. I'm getting work done in bursts between naps.

I don't care how much sleep I get, if I sit down on a comfortable chair, or the couch I'm down for about 2-3 hours in a matter of minutes.

Try to substitute the caffeine with some exercises or stretches, it helps me.

YES! Great suggestion.

Also, watch what soda pop you drink. Some (that you wouldn't suspect) have caffeine.

Finally, I started with diet sprite too, but found that diet 7up (with splenda) is much tastier. You should try it!

You should excercise(at least 30 minutes a day or 2hrs 3 times a week) and juice(vegatables and fruits).

Get off the diet sodas and drink water or lighty sweeten(real sugar) drinks.

Make sure you eat a lot of protein in the morning like eggs, milk, ham, and maybe even a steak. Have a mid-day meal with more protein like tuna or chicken and then for dinner have a really big salad, soup, meat and a vegatable cooked in olive oil.

I would also recommend a big fat glass of red wine during dinner.

If you get the late night munchies eat some left over meat and stay away from the carbs at night.

Before you go to bed drink a large class of warm milk and eat some turkey(they sell cooked turkey at your local grocery store). You will sleep like a baby.

I can guarantee within 3 months you will lose weight and have tons of energy.

another tip... If you have to eat while on your computer grab some sunflower seeds unsalted.

true. helps me wake up for the day. but i still drink coffee about 3-4 days a week (just 1 or two cups though, nothing big.)
