You should excercise(at least 30 minutes a day or 2hrs 3 times a week) and juice(vegatables and fruits).

Get off the diet sodas and drink water or lighty sweeten(real sugar) drinks.

Make sure you eat a lot of protein in the morning like eggs, milk, ham, and maybe even a steak. Have a mid-day meal with more protein like tuna or chicken and then for dinner have a really big salad, soup, meat and a vegatable cooked in olive oil.

I would also recommend a big fat glass of red wine during dinner.

If you get the late night munchies eat some left over meat and stay away from the carbs at night.

Before you go to bed drink a large class of warm milk and eat some turkey(they sell cooked turkey at your local grocery store). You will sleep like a baby.

I can guarantee within 3 months you will lose weight and have tons of energy.

another tip... If you have to eat while on your computer grab some sunflower seeds unsalted.
