Funny, just click the reload button. You will get a fresh 2000 points to star again. But I will double check on the click button to see if we can make it easier, but it does say click to reload.

Sorry I disapeared for awhile but I'm still having that same issue - it allows me to log in as long as I remember to change my name to lower case (even though it auto fills uppercase) but it says I have no money in the prize account to play with. What can I do?

Very strange, seems you are the only one witht his problem but I would love to see why it's causing it. Have you tried to start a brand new account with a different email address and see if that helps?

Please let me know what you find, I would really like to find out why as well.
